CLIXADE LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates mobile and desktop applications (“apps”) available on the App Store and Google Play.   • We don’t store your photos or use them for advertising. Images are temporarily shared only with our AI processing partners (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, DeepSeek) solely to generate your requested result, and are deleted immediately after.
  • We only collect minimal technical information (like device type and app version) to keep the app running smoothly.

a. Personal Information

We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, when contacting support).

Our apps may automatically collect non-personal information such as device type, operating system, app version, and general interaction data. This helps us maintain and improve app performance and user experience.

c. Image and Face Data

Some features allow users to upload images or photos for processing (for example, prediction or creative effects):

  • Uploaded images are temporarily processed on secure cloud servers to generate the requested result.
  • We do not perform facial recognition, identification, or profiling.
  • We do not store or retain these images after processing is completed.

d. Microphone Access & Voice Processing

Our app may request access to your device's microphone when you use speech-based features. Microphone input is used solely to capture your voice so the app can convert speech to text and generate AI responses or actions. We do not store, save, or retain audio recordings after processing is completed. All voice data is processed securely and only for the purpose of fulfilling the action you requested. Microphone access is optional, and you may disable it at any time through your device settings, although certain speech features may not function without it.

We do not use voice, image or face data for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes.

We may use limited and non-identifiable information to:

  • No Training Use: We use API access tiers that, by agreement with each provider, do not use your data to train or improve their underlying AI models.
  • Accuracy: AI is based on mathematical modeling and statistical transformations. It is not based on real genetic, biometric, or physiological analysis. Outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.
  • Verification: AI-generated outputs are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. You should independently verify any critical information.
