How to Delete Your Account

This guide explains how to permanently delete your account and data from any Clixade app directly from within the app, and what happens to your information once you do.

1. How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Tap the Settings icon (usually in the bottom navigation bar or the app's menu).
  3. Scroll down to the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm by tapping Delete in the confirmation prompt.

Your account will be deactivated immediately once you confirm. Exact menu names and navigation may vary slightly between apps, but every Clixade app follows this same Settings → Account → Delete Account flow.

2. What Happens to Your Data

  • All data associated with your account — including any content, files, preferences, profile information, and other data you've created or stored in the app — is permanently deleted 30 days after deactivation.
  • During the 30-day period, your account remains deactivated and inaccessible.
  • This action cannot be undone once the 30-day period has passed.

3. Can't Access the App?

If you're unable to open the app (for example, you no longer have the device or can't sign in), you can request account and data deletion by emailing us at info@clixade.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include the name of the app and your account email so we can verify and process the request.
